You can order bread and croissants through our contact person for the next day. Our village bakery will deliver the fresh pastries on the next morning.

Please use our bank account in Switzerland for your payment

You can leave towels and bed sheets at home. We provide bath and kitchen towels as well as bed sheets.

Please bring your own bin liner, loo roll and dishwasher soap. You can also buy those items at our grocery store.

We offer our guests a 11 kW charging station for e-cars

Car parks are reserved for our guests only. You can find them on the East and West side of our house. There are limited parking lots, one vehicle per 3 guests. Please adhere to minimal distance to other vehicles so that everyone has a chance for a parking place. Your parking place will be assigned at your arrival.

Please do not arrive before 4pm. The cleaning team has to clean all the entire apartments.

All apartments must be left by not later than 10am. Our cleaning team has to prepare the apartments for our next guests.

For our small guests we have children's beds and chairs. If you need a bed or a chair please ask for it at our reception.

We don't accept credit cards due to high commission charges.

20% of the full rent is due when signing the contract. The remaining rate has to be transferred to one of our bank accounts at least 10 days before your arrival.

Extra beds can be ordered on demand in exceptions and will be charged extra.

Please organize remaining payments (bread etc) friday evening before your departure.

Enjoy your holiday-we clean your apartment. On departure day we ask you to wash all the dishes. Empty bottles, refuse, used paper etc must be disposed in containers in the basement. All food (including open packs and fridge products) must be disposed completely of the apartment. New guests don't want your leftovers.

You can find alpine dairy products (demonstration cheese dairy) only 250 metres away from the house. They also have a medium sized grocery store where you can find items for your normal day usage (inclusive fresh and non-food products).

After your reservation we will send you a registration link for the online check-in for the guest card. The guest card entitles you to purchase ski passes at the guest price. The guest card is also required for discounted admission to the Alpenquell adventure pool and for other occasions. Keep your guest card for the duration of your stay in Samnaun.

Ground station is about 1.5 km from the house. You can reach the gondola by free ski bus. Departure is every 15 minutes and takes you about 5 minutes. Bus stop is directly in front of our house-at the junction to Laret.

The ski slope of number 60 passes directly by the house and it's open till April. This means you can get home without the ski bus.

All apartments are equiped with WLAN. This service is for free use.

All kitchens are modern conveniences equipped with the typical things such as: Dishwasher, baking oven, ceramic glass hobs, fridge with a freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, Microwave, electric kettle, pans and pots. Every kitchen includes sufficient dishes, cutlery, cups and glasses.

At the earliest 10 days before arrival a lodger can book a available apartment without minimum occupancy.

We cannot accept pets for hygienic reasons. Please leave your dog and cat at home. This rule applies as well to summer/autumn season.

In close vicinity to the house you can find many restaurants with good food and drinks offers. The Restaurant Almrausch offers Après-Ski.

Ski bus stops directly in front of the house respective at the corner to Laret and takes you to the gondola station in 5 minutes.
Departure time is every 15/ 20 minutes (depending on season)

Samnaun local bus connects all the villages of Samnaun valley (from Compatsch to Samnaun Dorf). Bus runs from early morning to late night.

In Samnaun valley the whole bus system is for free. Please check out the bus schedule at the office door.

The ski slope of number 60 passes directly in front of the house it's open until April. Until March the slope is suitable for beginners. From April on it's less suitable skiers because of the heavy wet snow.

In Ravaisch and Samnaun Village you can find many sport shops where you can rent skis, ski shoes, snowboards, sledges etc.
Of interest is the ski rental on the summit station where you can test as many as four pairs of skis per day. This makes sense if you think to buy new skis.

Since 2008 all the apartments are non-smoking. Smokers are welcomed guests as long as they don't smoke inside the house.

Due to the laundry our washing machines are always busy. Because of that we cannot wash your private laundry. In an emergency please apply to our Managing Director.
